All pre-order items will ship within 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase. You’ll receive weekly email updates to keep you informed on the status of your order and shipping timeline.

Our processing and shipping period usually takes 2-5 business days. National holidays, weather, and/or unforeseen events can impact this timeline. We will contact you through the email you provide at checkout if your order is impacted. Waisted is not accountable for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages. Please double-check the shipping address you enter at checkout to prevent errors.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. For sanitary and quality control purposes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless we made an error on our end. If there are any issues with your order, please submit a contact form within 48 hours of your order being delivered. Order cancellations are not accepted.
